Bytlian is a medical family office — a private service that identifies validated clinical solutions and innovations worldwide, wherever they were developed, for the individuals and families it serves.
Modern medicine is not failing. It performs its mission perfectly: to standardise, filter and secure. But that filtering role mechanically creates a blind spot — the exploration of the frontiers of global medical knowledge.
Faced with a high-impact condition or a therapeutic dead end, a care team does not always have an exhaustive, independent view of the state of the art. Nor does it necessarily have full access to the world's scientific literature or to specialised databases, whose access rights can reach tens of thousands of euros per source, per year.
Bytlian exists to close that gap. We carry out an exhaustive, independent exploration of the global state of medical knowledge for a given condition — and place the result in the hands of the patient and their physicians. Bytlian does not constitute a medical act and does not replace physicians; it supports them.
Bytlian is the result of ten years of methodological and scientific development conducted with CentraleSupélec (Université Paris-Saclay). The aim throughout has been a single one: if a validated therapeutic solution exists somewhere in the world, to find it.

Bytlian brings the rigour of a family office to a person's most valuable asset: their health. We work for the patient alone, in strict independence from clinics, insurers and laboratories.
